October Campout Smoke Signals from Nation Chief

Falling Leaf Campout Smoke Signals
10/14/2011

Hau, Mitakuyepi!

Canaveral Nation held another successful campout. We had a great turn out with a lot of new recruits. Many new young braves and big brave sacrificed both their impatience and selfishness during the Corn Ceremony Saturday night.

Osagee, Navajo and Shawnee hosted some great War Games while Creek navigated an incident free long run, despite the length of the grass in the long run field. Much good food was consumed by Nation Chief both Friday night and Saturday night, making awarding of Coup difficult to say the least.

At the end of the campout the following tribes were deservingly awarded the following Nation Coup:

Golden Skillet Award

Navajo

Golden Wing Basket

 Osagee

Nation Spear Coup

 Navajo

Most Improved

Shawnee

Tomahawk

Cherokee

Mini Peace Pipe

Chippewa

Mini War Coup

Creek

Nation Peace Pipe

Creek

Nation War Coup

Osagee

See you all at the Mad Moon Camp Out November  18-20.

Yox Kalo!
