| Saturday Chiefs Meeting |
| 1. Feather Awards: Ask chiefs for any young braves whom may have earned 1st, 2nd or 3rd eagle feather. The Chief will conduct tests later and these young braves should be considered for lighting the Aims poles. |
| 2. Special Award Orange Ribbons: These ribbons are for little braves to be honored for outstanding achievements and/or performance in events which exemplify the Indian Guides Program. Fill out and get to the Tallykeeper at Chiefs meeting or at opening ceremony. The Chief will award them to the young braves.

| 3. Display Judging Sheets: Tribal Chiefs use these to judge all tribes for displays. DO NOT judge your own tribe. Turn in to Medicine Man at completion of judging. Medicine man will deliver to Tallykeeper. |
| 4. Envelopes for Attendance Fees: Return these to Wampum Bearer (Creek) by 5 PM. |
