The council discussed the issue of girls participating in events at official campouts. It was decided and voted on that although girls could be present at the park, they will not be scored in the war games, should not participate in official activities and, as always, not allowed on the fire walk.

Tally Keeper presented the new 2nd Order of the Eagle Feather book he and his little brave converted to a new format as well as the new Feather book that Thunder Maker converted last year. The council decided that Coup Keeper will be responsible for ordering printings of these books.

Navajo Chief reported that the microphone stand was missing from the Nation Trailer and that he had one that he will donate to the Nation.

Miami Chief spoke about the Relay for Life event in April and asked that the Canaveral Nation put up a team for the event. The council agreed that this is a good idea and details can be discussed at a later date.
